RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At KIVIK LTD, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a straightforward return process under the following conditions:
1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
2. Return Conditions
We believe in our products, so we do not impose strict return conditions. Whether you have opened the package or tried the product, you are eligible to return it within the 14-day window if it does not meet your expectations.
3. Return Shipping & Address

Shipping Costs: Please note that the cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Address: All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in China. Please contact our support team at info@gounod.com.tr to receive the full and updated return address before shipping your item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
4. Returns During Transit (Shipping Phase)
Please be aware that the return process cannot be initiated while the product is in transit.

Once an order has been dispatched and is on its way to you, we cannot cancel or refund the order until the product has been successfully delivered.

You must receive the item first and then follow the standard return procedure by shipping it back to our warehouse in China.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
