PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment
For your online payments, the total amount will be charged to your credit card upon completion of your order. In case of potential order cancellations due to stock availability or other issues, the refund will be processed back to your credit card within 14 business days.
Delivery
We strive to dispatch the products you have ordered on the same day. For products that may take longer to procure, the estimated dispatch time is within 7 business days, as specified in the product details. You will be notified of any potential delivery delays.
To ensure seamless delivery, please provide the address where you will be present during the day as your delivery address. Your requests will be processed based on the delivery type you selected at the end of the order.

Payment Tracking
If our system is unable to complete the transaction due to a technical issue, visitors are notified of this status on the payment page. In the event of an error regarding the specified address, we will contact the customer to resolve the delivery issue.
The validity of the email address provided by our visitors is confirmed via an automated email sent immediately following the order placement. Our responsibility regarding delivery is shared between the customer and the banking institution through which the credit card system is operated.
Please Note!
If you suspect that a package has been damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in the presence of the delivery courier. If you believe the product is damaged, do not accept the delivery and request a "damage report" (tutanak) from the courier company.

Acceptance: Once a product is accepted, it is considered that the courier company has fulfilled its duty completely.

Damaged Products: If the product is damaged, please send the report you prepared to info@gounod.com.tr as soon as possible.

Resolution: Upon receiving your report, we will initiate the necessary process and ensure that the delivery is repeated or rectified at the earliest opportunity.
